Return Policy
Because electronic components are sensitive to handling and storage, Chiplery Electronics does not accept returns as a rule, except where the products have a quality issue (non-conforming or defective goods).
- Quality claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery, with supporting evidence such as photos, test results or an inspection report.
- A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Chiplery Electronics before any goods are sent back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, unaltered, and meet the Seller's minimum package quantity (MPQ) requirements.
- Approved quality returns will be replaced, credited or refunded at Chiplery Electronics' option.
Full details are set out in the Chiplery Electronics Terms & Conditions of Sale, which are referenced on your invoice.
Non-Cancellable Non-Returnable Items (NCNR)
Products designated as Non-Cancellable Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time the order is placed cannot be cancelled or returned to Chiplery Electronics. See our Terms & Conditions of Sale for details.
Quality
Chiplery Electronics Quality
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. The Chiplery Electronics Quality Management System (QMS) is built around understanding customer requirements and pursuing excellence in quality, delivery, service and environmental responsibility.
- Parts are sourced only from vetted suppliers with a track record we have reviewed.
- Incoming goods are checked against the order: part number, quantity, date code, labels and packaging condition.
- Lot and date code information is recorded so every shipment can be traced back to its source.
- Moisture- and static-sensitive parts are stored and packed in ESD-safe, MSL-appropriate packaging.
Supplier Code of Conduct
Ethical, social and environmentally responsible business practices are core to how Chiplery Electronics operates. Strong partnerships rest on shared commitments, so we expect our suppliers, and their subcontractors, to meet our Supplier Code of Conduct, covering lawful and ethical business, fair labor practices, health and safety, environmental compliance and responsible sourcing.
Quality Policy
Our quality policy is to exceed customer expectations by delivering consistently high-quality service, supported by clear product information, dependable inventory, professional sales practices and reliable operational systems.
Environmental Policy
We are committed to environmental stewardship: reducing our environmental impact, contributing to a sustainable future and complying with applicable international requirements such as RoHS and REACH. Responsible environmental management is part of our long-term success and the trust of our stakeholders.
Counterfeit Product Prevention Policy
Chiplery Electronics runs a counterfeit prevention program to verify the authenticity of the products we sell, so you can be confident in product origin and quality. Sources are vetted, and parts are inspected before shipment. On request, we can provide supporting documents such as:
- Manufacturer or supplier Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
- Incoming inspection reports with photos of parts and labels
- Third-party laboratory test reports (where applicable, may be quoted separately)
- Packing list and commercial invoice showing date codes and lot information

Applicable rules include those of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
Lithium battery orders ship by ground where ground service is available. On orders with several lines, lithium battery lines are separated and shipped on their own, whatever shipping method is chosen for the rest of the order. Ground shipping charges apply to the battery shipment, and it is invoiced separately.
