Our Services

From inspection to shortage support, our services are built to keep your production line running.

Quality Control

Every shipment passes a structured inspection process before it leaves our facility.

Initial Check

Our quality inspectors review each part and its packaging to confirm it has been handled, stored and packed in line with industry standards.

Specification Conformance

If our QC specialists find any non-conformance, the parts are escalated to our component engineers, who may call in independent third-party test laboratories for authenticity testing to confirm conformance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Baking and Vacuum Sealing

Before packing, moisture-sensitive parts are baked for the required time in accordance with JEDEC guidelines, then vacuum sealed in ESD-safe moisture barrier bags.

Certified Laboratory

Our quality control laboratory operates under ISO and ESD certified processes.

Excess Inventory Management

Turn surplus stock into cash or managed value, without the administrative burden.

Excess Purchase and Consignment Programs

Whole-lot purchase, individual line purchase, or consignment, where we market your list to our customer base and sourcing channels.

Excess Liquidation and Cash Generation

Where appropriate, we can buy your excess stock immediately at a fair price based on current market value.

Customized Programs

Whether you need immediate disposal or ongoing professional management of your inventory, our excess team will propose the best fit. Simply send us your list with manufacturer part number, quantity, date code and your internal part number, and we will bid.

Global Procurement & Cost Saving

Lower total cost through broader sourcing and disciplined negotiation.

Component Sourcing

Access to parts through our global network of verified suppliers.

Price Negotiation

We negotiate pricing according to your target price and instructions.

Project-Based Long-Term Contracts

Long-term agreements for ongoing projects, with continuous supply at agreed prices.

Shortage Situation Handling

We treat any situation that could cause a line stop, whether short or prolonged, as a shortage. Common causes include product obsolescence, end-of-life (EOL) notices, and another vendor failing to deliver on time.

Our team knows that a shortage must be handled as the top priority. A dedicated account manager, available in English or Japanese, will source the parts from verified suppliers and work to get them to you as quickly as possible at a fair market price.
